Wow! What an amazing place! Colours and art are amazing. Check in for appointment was easy and efficient. Lovely volunteers. Lots of parking. Friendly staff, all on the same page with processes!

Definitely the best hospital I've been to. Everything are made to make you feel better, staff has always been awesome with us and the kids. Thank you to all the nurses, doctors and others who work in this hospital !!!

Beautiful and well equipped hospital. Large open areas when you enter makes it feel open and free.Medicare card essential to register your arrival. Parking can be a bit difficult at times. Wheelchair and pram accessible.

Amazing childrens hospital the facilities are nothing like iv ever seen or imagined, my son recently had surgery and has had multiple visits here and the staff are all so lovely, the rooms the kids stay in after surgery are better than a 5 star hotel, its amazing, the dr teams are of the highest skill we are so lucky to have such an amazing new hospital here in Perth, its also so great that most things are done in the one location instead of being reffered off to all different places, there is ample under ground parking on site also a multi deck car park close by, traffic as you can imagine in the city area early morning is a bit busy so be sure to plan some extra time for travel, they have thought of everything here for the kids while they wait for appointments there is so much to keep them busy and occupied, one thing I was say is being a parent who's child had surgery for the first time the administration / check in staff could take a bit more time to explain to parents the process of how the day will run as we felt very in the dark about what would happen after we checked in and slightly rushed, but all in all it's an amazing place with amazing staff

I think staff in emergency need training in dealing with different ethnic groups. Some are ignored and need advocates to ensure their emergency needs are met with the urgency only parents understand!!!!Some etnic groups are extremely self effacing and will not make a fuss. Social mores are extremely different and appearances are not western. PMH is an amazing facility but lacking!

Very unmanageable hospital I have ever experienced. This hospital definitely needs a long way to go for improvement. Issues are- Building is good but patience services & supports is poor.Nurses and doctors are very limited and burnt out totally, doctor & nurse advised us they have been working over 12hrs shift and on call duty after wards. Thus it has impacted badly to public and patients, lots of issues coming on public health.

Staff are really great and hospital is well set out. Only issue is that parking is an absolute nightmare and expensive. Parking shouldn't be controlled by a private company for a public hospital
