OK place. Was disappointed for a second appointment to meet senior audiologist but she wasn't there.

Zero wheelchair access. Gate is too narrow for adult wheelchairs or electric chairs. If you manage to get in the gate there's a ramp with a tight non standard hair pin halfway then a 20cm step into a tight righthabd turn into hallway into foyer.Unable to review audiologists as appointment was made incorrectly despite multiple calls unable to reach audiologist. They were apologetic and reseduled for 5mths time.

Very disappointing experience, they were running 20mins late with no apology or notice. Then, once we did get seen we were taken to their conference or meeting room not the actual clinical room, which we found strange as it had no toys or pictures or anything to entertain a baby or toddler. Finally, the girl who was performing the testing seem to have little or no knowledge and experience in using the equipment, meaning she couldn’t get a proper reading and had to keep trying, each time upsetting our baby even further. We had to finish the session without a result, going back to our ENT to have to done correctly. If you don't have the trained staff then cancel the booking, we even saw the poor girl being shown how to use the machine for the first time only minutes before we were taken through. Won't be recommended anyone go here until they have qualified and trained staff working there.

The work they do is healing a critical stage in new generations of remote Aboriginal kids to set up real alternatives for their adult lives.
