Cleanliness is commendable.!But they don't stick on to the appointment timings.It was a long wait. Visited couple of time . Had to wait more than 80 mins .!

They have very little respect for your time. I took my mum in today at 1:35pm and did not leave till 4:25pm - most of the time we were in the waiting room. This is the third visit there and the longest wait time was today - normally the wait time is about 2.5 hours. My Mother has faith in the doctor at this Clinic - that is why we go back she is 85 and retired so happy to just sit and wait. Today after her injection she was in so much pain I felt sorry for her - is it meant to hurt this much ??? or after making us wait, did they rush the procedure :(...

The customer service by the ladies doing the tests is just terrible, they’re rude and pushy, expect long wait times and expensive parking, I recommend another clinic at 555 Marmion St, Booragoon.
